Review: Good quality - Good quality products from Rani
Review: You need to cook them and they are great! - I saw some reviews that stated they were stale, however the product title clearly states they are uncooked so I took my chances. I first tried Fox nuts from the little seasoned packets you can get at Whole Foods for like $6. I thought they tasted good and was hoping for a more economical way to eat them, so I bought these. Out of the container, yes they tasted “stale” with more of a spongy texture, however I still kept in mind the title said uncooked so I figure there has to be another step. I took some and tossed it with a little truffle oil, salt, and rosemary, and popped it in the air fryer. My first attempt I had the temperature too high at 350° F however lowering down to about 250° for 5 minutes and they are perfectly crispy don’t taste stale at all. Would highly recommend!
