Very nice. Started these before getting a blood test but still need pharmacy strength (200mg) for the next 3 Months at least.

I love feroglobin products and usually use the caplets but I thought I'd give these a try. They taste great and are easy to swallow as they dissolve in your water. However, I found their effectiveness poor compared to the caplets. I thought that my energy levels and overall health was not improved, the caplets are better in my opinion. They are however, good value and are much easier to take than the caplets. I'll stick to the caplets though as they seem to perform better.
