I have purchased this product several times from Amazon. This time, for reasons that neither Amazon nor Microsoft can explain, the code only partially worked. It is a 1 year (365 day) subscription. When I applied the code I got 187 days, not 365 days.I called Microsoft and spent a long time working with them, and they could not see why it did not apply the full 365 days. They were able to confirm I did purchase a 365 day code. They said I had to contact Amazon as they were the 3rd party that sold it and ask them to resolve or refund.Amazon said they sold the code, and the sale was their only responsibility. The fact that it didn't provide 365 days was immaterial. They very politely told me they would do nothing and it was my tough luck. They had zero interest in helping me.I went back to Microsoft, who to their credit was interested in making it right, and provided a way to extend it to the full year as they had seen evidence that I had purchased it. I am very happy with the M365 product, Microsoft's support, but the 1 star rating is for Amazon refusal to support a defective product they sold and the fact that they did not care they were ripping me off.

I like that it is a Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription that includes Microsoft Teams and a web page address. Might not use the web page right away, but it is nice to have when ready to do so.

This is not an authentic download. I had the same issue other customers were having - I was required to create a domain name, then was unable to sign into the product. After several hours on hold with the support line from the authentic maker of this product, they determined that the access key was not valid, and they were unable to help. Now, I am not able to get a refund nor return this product. This is also the second review on this item that I have written. My first one was taken down by the seller. DO NOT BUY!

Instructions were difficult to follow. Had to contact Microsoft help line to get it activated. Still have not gotten the Teams portion set up correctly

I love that it was available as soon as I clicked checkout. Has all the features I need including some I don't LOL

I wish I would’ve read the reviews and done more research before purchasing.Not only is this a ripoff because of the PRICE, it only works on ONE computer while if you purchase on the Actual Microsoft website, it work on multiple.-Overcharged! On the Microsoft website it is much cheaper!-Only one device unlike the Microsoft website which for business AND personal allows up to 5 devices. If your computer dies on you that’s it, the “key” they provided for you was only for that device.-DO NOT PURCHASE HERE, purchase on the official Microsoft website!
