They are ideal for gentle stretching exercises at home. There is also a guide on how to use them included in the packet. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent *by J***8 on 28 July 2021* Very good bands. Medium is stronger than I was expecting but I've got used to them. Good bands ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent but could be better quality *by M***O on 15 February 2024* I used this product for ballet to strengthen my legs and feet. The band is alright for strengthening but I noticed the grip isn’t great, or at least not as good as other bands I have had previously. Although it hasn’t ripped yet, I have only had the band for about a week and it looks like it may snap sometime in the near future.
