Luckily, without the case on, this unit was small enough for me to solder it to the wires inside my camera, so it stays just as waterproof as from the factory and the poe extractor is completely hidden.Note that you only need 4 wires connected to the input side (pins 1, 2, 3, and 6), and they are shorted in pairs (1 and 2, 3, and 6).
