Delightful story with a recipe!
This is a FABULOUS book! The premise is the main character wants to make an apple pie but the local grocery is closed. So she packs her bags and travels to key countries to get the various ingredients. It's delightful as a story, it can be used to talk about geography, and it includes a recipe at the end of the book! The story is short and has great drawings so it would be good to read to young kids.
