WITH THE HOPE THAT THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST ONE IN TEMP CONTROLLERS, I HAD NOT TEST IT. BUT ON 24/01/2022 WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT, I FOUND THE CONTROLLER IS NOT WORKING. WHEN I CONTACTED THE SELLER THROUGH AMAZON FOR WARRANTY CLAIM, THEY INFORMED ME TO SEND THE PRODUCT TO THEIR MUMBAI OFFICE. THEN THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. AFTER CONTACTING MANY TIMES THEY TOLD ME TO SEND MY ADDRESS. I SENT. AFTER 10 DAYS THEY HAVE SENT A QUOTATION FOR Rs. 657 PLUS 18% TAX, I.E. FOR RS.775/-. PRODUCT COST IS 1180/- INCLUSIVE OF TAX.
