A: Yes, if you need coverage from the ball of the foot to the back of the heel it should work for you.

**Q: What size does a large fit**
A: I wear a women's 8 & This covers my whole foot. It could probably fit a women's 9/10, but toes may hang out. Shouldn't effect the way it works though.
