Well worth the money, but a few small flaws kept it from being perfect.
This is a nice enough bench, but i have a few small issues with it.First, I'm not the most mechanically inclined person but I've been assembling many items for a while now and I'd say I'm a little above average at it. I time my assemblies and I expected this to take about 15-30 minutes. It took me over an hour at which point I gave up on a few things. My biggest problems were getting things to line up correctly and sit flat. I wasn't able to with the items included. I ended up having to get a few spacers to make the legs sit flat. The other issue is the material. It looks good and I have no problem with that but there are several places where the fabric isn't even. Three of the buttons weren't evenly seated which wasn't all that pronounced but it was enough to note.I also make a point of trying to do a spill test on the fabric. I applied a small layer of Scotch Guard on it and just started with water. While it was pretty resilient, when it dried there was a small outline. At that point I stopped b/c if that led to a outline I know soda or juice would. All in all, it's inexpensive, it looks good and it's definitely a great value. I'm glad I bought it but I can't give it a five star review b/c it had too many small issues that kept it from being great.

Easy to put together, generally well made but there was some loose threading very visible on chair
This arrived in a very heavy package that you will need either a very strong individual or two medium-strong individuals to get into your home. It was not a hard package to open. It was not difficult to put together. You essentially attach two legs and then attach the seat to the back. All the tools and hardware you need are included. The holes were slightly off with the screws but with a hammer we wiggled things around enough to get them to fit. It is a nice chair except that ours arrived with some of the threading loose. I've attached a picture of the loose threading and then just a regular picture of what it looks like when put together. We don't mind the threading issue too much, but I think if this was a big purchase or special seat you really were excited about, it might be pretty disappointing that some of the threading was loose. Overall it seems reasonably well-made - not high end by any means, but a nice affordable piece of furniture. I'm afraid that the threading not being done correctly will reduce its life-span - it may come apart sooner than one would like. It can probably be repaired if you google how to do that and get some thick gray thread. We may do that if it becomes an issue. Overall it is good though.

Good for self-assembled furniture
Instructions were easy to follow. The legs were relatively easy to attach - no worse than most things like that anyway. Having two people to assemble makes it much easier. But it would have been a much worse assembly without out ratcheting wrench. One of the legs came with a crack in it, not serious but more cosmetic. The fabric looks nice and I like the neutral gray color. The support is firm and the build seems solid. The bottom is covered with fabric that's attached with velcro so you can assemble. Great hallway or occasional bench.
