Creative Co-Op Large Rectangle Driftwood Framed Mirror

We had 2 of these mirrors sent to us and both came with broken mirrors!! There is obviously a packing issue! Do not buy! It is beautiful, but now we are having to pack it up and send back in the middle of a move!

Despite the reviews and unfortunate shipping complications for other buyers, this mirror arrived days before schedule delivery with double box and packing materials. It's beautiful and I cannot wait to get it hung up! It's worth the gamble on purchasing. I've wanted it for years and decided to purchase while it was on sale incase it did arrive damaged; I would have gotten a mirror custom cut to still have the driftwood frame.

I ordered this mirror for a bathroom remodel i was doing for my clients. The first one I ordered the mirror was broken. I returned it and was able to get a new one. To my surprise, the 2nd one also had a broken mirror. My clients loved the mirror, but did not want to wait for yet another mirror, which could again be broken. So, I paid $45 to get a mirror installed by the local glass/mirror guy. Needless to say, I was not too happy... The product is very nice, but the box had no large print marked "Fragile" or anything. There was a very small print writing which said it was a mirror. This came all the way from the Phillippines, how do they expect people to be careful with it when there's nothing to denote it's a "Fragile" mirror. I'm not a happy customer

We saw this mirror hanging in the gift shop at Cinnamon Bay Campground on St. John in the US Virgin Islands and fell in love. We asked them if we could buy it and they laughed at us and said to take a picture and find it online. Apparently they get asked that question a lot. We were so excited to find it here for a reasonable price and ordered it immediately. Unfortunately, the first one arrived with the mirror completely broken. A return and repurchase and the second one arrived cracked but still intact. Unfortunately, they just haven’t figured out how to pack and ship this beautiful mirror in a way to protect the glass. So now we were left with a puzzle - what to do with this amazing frame and broken mirror? Fortunately, our neighbor had been working with sea glass and we thought there was an opportunity to cover the cracks with something cool. Thankfully, with some sea glass from Amazon and some clear silicon, she created an amazing wave over the cracks and we are so happy to display our one-of-a-kind driftwood mirror. At this point, having the broken mirror was a blessing in disguise because we’re so happy with how the final project turned out. If the mirror had arrived complete and unbroken, it would have been a clear 5-star product. As it turned out, we spent a little more money and used a little creativity but we’re so happy with our finished product.

Beautiful frame if you are not interested in the mirror. Two times we received this item with the mirror shattered, just like my wife's heart. How does that saying go? "Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice, shame on me!" That's us. Not a third time Amazon, oh no! We will suck it up and move on with a lesson learned. If you are one of the few lucky ones to recieve one of these exquisite pieces in one piece, DO NOT play the lotto! You just used all your luck for the next 6 months!

I’ve seen this beautiful mirror on several other websites for twice the price! Its reviews are always excellent except for the delivery packaging. And we agree - it took two deliveries to receive an undamaged mirror. Our first mirror was completely smashed but Amazon immediately replaced it and told us we did not have to return it! This was a relief. We took it to a glass company who replaced the mirror for $80. It’s now hanging in our beach house. Our second mirror arrived unbroken within three days. Some of the driftwood fell off but I used a hot glue gun to reattach those pieces and to reenforce some others. It is a beautiful and unique mirror, especially for a coastal look. These mirrors are shipped with NO protection for the glass! Both boxes were originally shipped from the Philippines and were in poor, flimsy condition. They used paper to protect the driftwood frame but NOTHING to protect the glass. I guess they cost so little in the Philippines that replacing them is not a financial issue. At any rate, we are very happy with this beautiful product and, of course, with Amazon’s excellent customer service.

Beautiful and exactly what it looked like in the picture. Only issue is there is a small mark (imperfection) in the glass. I can't return it because I no longer kept the packing.

Love the frame but the company really needs to invest in a better packaging department.
