This works really well for swelling.

Ease the Bloat like DTs ankles
When your feeling is bloated as “dumb old tramp” ankles, you know what I’m talking about; FDT - this is what you take. Now you’re probably not gonna actually drop any fat weight, but when you need to unload some of that water weight and you feel so bloated. This is the trick. Not giving any medical advice or anything, but follow it up with some psyllium husk tablets, and you’re good to go. I fit into my suit like no problemo.

Pretty potent
I bought a bottle of the "pain relief" ones and thought they were a bit underwhelming. Decided to try this stuff out instead and see if there was any difference. This stuff seems a bit more potent than the other stuff I tried. This stuff REALLY makes you want to drink water more so than the other variety of pills

Didn't really get the results I was hoping for.
Didn't really work for me, but might for you. Didn't really lose any water weight when I know for a fact it's what I need done. Dandelion root tea has been a better option for me.
