Hi i have just bought the globe and downloaded the app IQ globe it is asking for a code where is this i cant find it on the box?

You also have to enter a date of birth via an incomprehensible set of Russian dialogue boxes. It only seems to accept the year, if you’d like to continue.

Having overcome this the app then requires an in app purchase, which isn’t mentioned anywhere by the seller when you buy, or in the box.

Does the globe have eritrea (above ethiopia and next to sudan)? it's hard to read on the picture shown. also, is the globe not stable or easy to spin?

Yes, there is Eritra in the globe.
The globe can spin quite well. But they are not as good as normal globe because their is a LED light under the globe which make the spinning a little bit slow.

How to make the App work? There is no where to input the pin code or scan the globe. There is nothing you can click on that gives any reaction.

Sorry about the problem with the App.
In the landing page (children at a desk), you can see icons in the right side (Space/ Flora and fauna/ countries).
Just click one of them, for example 'Space' and then you will see icons in the right and then click of them.
They might ask you to download some files if you are the first time user and then just go back to landing page to select the set button in the top right, and click 'English' to down load. 
Then click the button at the right, you can use all the AR features with your camera.
