No need for fish oil!
This is a better choice than fish oil. It gives you more benefits and it will not repeat on you or make your breath smell fishy, and if your doctor recommended a fish oil supplement, then choose this instead. And tell the doctor what you're taking. Always communicate with your doctor. But this is the better choice.

Keeps Cholesterol In Check
These are amazing. The vanilla scent is great. They are easy to swallow. No side effects after like bad taste or burps. One pill a day is all it takes. They have kept my cholesterol levels in check.

A good product but messy
My only issue with these, and I know it's not Amazon's fault) is that the caplets are leaking. They're a mess and the inside of the bottles are too. The oil gets all over your hands and whatever surface you lay them. There's usually a puddle of the oil in the bottom of the bottle. Then your hands smell like fish. Yuck!
