I love this pillow! I’ve boughten it twice, the first pillow I bought lasted me 4 years!! With a pillowcase over this pillow it’s very durable. I’m very particular about pillows and this one is great it’s not hot. Its somehow soft but also firm where you need it. It supports my neck the way I need a pillow to. And you can easily take out filling to create the shape you want. I would highly recommend I hope they never stop making them because I’ll be buying them forever.

****Update-So I did end up buying another one of these and have had a completely different experience - the second one arrived all rolled up tight like a scroll. Once I undid it from the packaging it never puffed up or got much bigger. It has basically stayed really flat. Also something else that’s weird is it seems to be coming apart inside. The first one has stayed puffy and doesn’t feel like it’s in pieces but this one feels like I’ve had it forever and it’s on its last leg - like the stuffing is coming loose and separating. It is not as good as the first one. I don’t know if this is a fluke or if the company started making these with less filling or what but based on this second purchase I would not recommend this pillow. It’s like night and day experiences. If I didn’t know better I’d think I ordered a completely different pillow. I would like to have a second pillow like the first one I bought but I don’t want to risk getting another one and have it be just like this second one. It’s not like I haven’t given it time - I’ve had this second one for months so it’s not like I didn’t follow the instructions to give it time to expand. If my second pillow had been like my first I would be singing it’s praises from the rooftop but since it was such a dud I can’t recommend this as I don’t see how a purchase of the same pillow could be such an inferior product. The company seems to be experiencing poor quality control**** I used to use whatever pillow my parents bought me growing up. I could sleep anywhere on anything and never had any issues all through college and afterwards. Fast forward 20 years and for the last several years I’ve had neck pain that has gotten so bad I’ve sought medical help as well as massage and chiropractic help. Nothing worked. I bought different memory foam pillows including one that had a notch in it specifically for side sleepers which did pretty good BUT something about this pillow appealed to me so I bought it. My hunch was correct. This pillow is amazing. I don’t wake up in pain anymore and I have the most comfortable deep sleep that I have not experienced in a long time. The pillow is super soft. It literally feels like you are laying on a cloud. You sink into it and feel comforted and sleep comes easy. I feel myself breathing a sigh of relief and happiness every time I lay on it. I did not smell anything when I got it or upon opening it like other reviews mentioned. I have not removed any of the filling either. It’s perfect right out of the packaging. I’m guessing if you like a very firm pillow that this won’t be for you but if that isn’t a concern I would highly recommend it. I can’t believe the price either. We’ve paid much more for inferior pillows that were supposed to be so great but weren’t. I like this so much I’m gonna buy one for my son. My husband is going to try mine and if he likes it we are getting him one too as he also suffers from neck and back pain. I love this pillow and I’m so glad I took a chance and bought it. I’m thinking about getting one for a backup just in case because I do not want to be without this going forward.

For the current price ($20-25) this is a good pillow. Definitely better than a traditional pillow, but if I'd paid much more than this I think I dont know that I'd be as satisfied. This pillow is a lot firmer than I was expecting. As others have noted only part of the stuffing is made of memory foam. The rest is a softer synthetic material that has a cotton candy consistency to it. I haven't removed any of the stuffing. I cant imagine needing to. I feel like it would make the pillow much too flat & hard. Dont get me wrong, the pillow is very full and soft when its fluffed up, but like any pillow it goes flat the longer you lay on it. That's my biggest complaint. In the middle of the night sometimes I wake up and the pillow feels hard as a rock, but if I flip it over top to bottom or roll to the other side it's like a completely different fluffy pillow. As far as temperature this pillow is just slightly warmer than a normal pillow but it's not enough to be bothersome. And I say this as someone who absolutely cannot sleep on a warm bed or pillow. I'm picky about temperature to a point I use pillow cases that dont even match my sheets because the fabric is cooler, so the fact that this pillow has memory foam components yet isn't hot is a big plus to me. The cover is soft & good quality. It actually provides some extra fluff & softness on it's own. In my sleep I can usually tell where a softer spot is on the pillow because you can feel it on the texture of the cover. For the current price I'd say this is a great pillow if you like a firmer pillow that is adjustable to your needs.

Much better than I expected in all aspects. Very comfortable, great support, excellent size (Queen). In fact, it was so good I purchased two more, as my wife stole the first one, she loved it so much, and I wanted a second one for support when sitting up in bed as well. (True story) I'm 6 Ft 3, and "older" (50s), so really feel it when things aren't right for sleeping. This pillow replaced older memory foam pillows, and just this one does all the other two did. What amazed me was just how supportive and comfortable this pillow was. The change over showed just how poorly the previous pillows I'd used were, after just one night's sleep (and proved to be excellent from that point on). The pillow molded perfectly to exactly what I needed. I am usually quite reserved in my descriptions, but I'd have to say, I was delighted with the performance. There is a trick with this for tall/large people which is in the attached documentation, and that is to put the pillow into a dryer on low for 45 or more minutes, when you first get it. This both causes the pillow to become firmer, and dispels most of any off gassing. Beware though, like Bed in a Box and equivalents, there is a moderate/faint odor if you are sensitive to memory foams, but this was on the mild end of the spectrum. I'm really sensitive to that, so allowed it to air for a day. After that, it was as good as gold (much as I found the Bed in a Box mattress to be after off gassing for 3 days - similar concept). So if you are sensitive like me, just be aware of that. However, once it's aired, the odor ceases, so this pillow worked for me. Highly recommended, especially for tall/large people who need substantial support. (I'd also expect this pillow to adjust for normal to smaller sized people too).

I was using a solid memory foam pillow for some time but was becoming disenchanted with it because the viscosity was quite firm and it never really loosened up. I had been wanting to try a shredded memory foam pillow to see if it worked better so I decided to try this one. The price was right and I liked the adjustability factor so I ordered it. It came very quickly and I unpacked it right away. The first photo shows how it comes packed. It's rolled up and compressed. When you take the cover off you get the middle photo, which shows the sealed plastic package with the pillow compressed. After you take it out of the packing it plumps up within 30 minutes or so as the third photo shows. Despite the fact that the instructions said the initial state of the pillow was firm, it felt about medium to me so I didn't remove any shredded foam. The first night I slept on it I was very comfortable. The shredded foam gave way to my head and neck and let me sink in more than the solid memory foam pillow did. I sunk in about halfway so my head and neck felt quite supported. I woke up feeling good with no neck pain. Subsequent nights (five at this point) felt the same. Overall I like this pillow and will keep using it.

This is a very nice pillow for sleeping. It is highly adjustable. The filler is mostly shredded memory foam, so you can fluff it into a certain shape, and it will tend to stay in that shape for hours. However, at least once or twice a night you may need to readjust it as you move around. By morning, part of the pillow will be flattened a bit, and firmer than when you fluffed it up. But you can easily re-fluff it as needed. If the whole pillow is too plump, you can remove as much fill as you like. I removed about one third of it. The fill is encased in two finely sewn, zippered covers, one inside the other. The fill consists of 80% shredded polyurethane memory foam, and 20% polyester fiber. This pillow has one serious problem though. Many reviewers, not all, report that it has a strong chemical smell at first. Toxic vapor from memory foam is a common, well-known issue in cheap or foreign-made foams. The worst foams can emit formaldehyde, methylene chloride, and other toxic chemicals. They can "outgas" for weeks, months, or longer. Like other reviewers, I found the smell very strong, and it persisted for many weeks, even after I followed the instructions in the package and aired out the pillow in a warm dryer, and again in the sun. The chemicals in memory foam are what give the foam its "memory". They can be either cheap, toxic compounds, or alternative, safer ones. But unless we KNOW FOR CERTAIN what they are, there is always a risk they are toxic, or even carcinogenic. Since a pillow is something that we press our face into for 8 hours per day, it MUST be nontoxic. There is an industry group that carefully tests and certifies memory foam products for safety. It is called Certi-PUR. (https://certipur.us/) As it happens, the seller of this pillow, Wondersleep, is actually listed on the Certi-PUR website. Unfortunately, that only means that at least SOME of Wondersleep's products use tested and safety-certified memory foam. But any seller on the list is ALSO allowed to sell products with uncertified memory foam. Nowhere in the ad for this pillow is it stated that it contains Certi-PUR certified memory foam. Therefore, I must conclude that the memory foam in this pillow is NOT certified for safety. I would respectfully suggest that Wondersleep / Dream-Rite tighten up its supply chain and use only CERTIFIED memory foam in this pillow. If they did that, and actually stated so in their ad, then I would buy this pillow again, even at a slightly higher price, and I would give it five stars. For now, I cannot.

This pillow is very soft and fluffy, and works well regardless of sleeping position - I tend to move between lying on my side and stomach, and occasionally on my back, and it's comfortable no matter which way I am. It feels like my head sinks into it just slightly, enough to be nice / supportive, while also not feeling flat. (I have a different pillow where any pressure flattens it to the point of it not really being there; this one is not like that.) It arrives rolled up in a zippered cylinder case, with plastic wrapping also around the pillow itself once you take it out. It starts flattened but fluffs back up after you remove the plastic wrapping - I left it alone for a few hours, so I'm not sure exactly how long that takes. The instructions say to leave it for 20-30 minutes. It does start out having a somewhat strong unpleasant smell - I didn't try washing it like I saw mentioned in another review, but just let it sit for a couple of weeks, and by then that had mostly faded. It comes in a soft zippered pillowcase already, but I put another one around it (for color matching purposes :D) and any tiny bit of smell that's still there is not noticeable through that. *** Note, I'm autistic and my sense of smell is tuned differently than most people's - there are things I can't smell at all, and things that affect me a lot. This seems to fall in the latter category; it might not be so noticeable to other people. *** Both the soft outer pillowcase and the inner one are zippered - I'm including a picture with both unzipped. The instructions say you can fluff it up more by putting it in the dryer, but for me it's good as-is without doing that or removing any of the foam; I guess you could store any foam you remove in the cylinder case it comes in. It's definitely nice to have the option to adjust the fluffiness / firmness, though. I haven't had any issues with it getting too hot, which is apparently a thing with memory foam. TLDR: this pillow is junk and NOT filled with shredded memory foam. It is filled with something else, with a tiny bit of memory foam so it isn't completely false advertisement. See the photos. The "premium" version is the only one worth buying. DO NOT by this. I bought the "WonderSleep Premium Adjustable Loft [Queen Size 2-Pack] - Shredded Hypoallergenic Memory Foam" a few years ago and really loved it. It was jam packed full of padding that was actual shredded memory foam; so much you had to remove some to make it a firmness that was reasonable. That product was worth buying!! Highly recommended. This product....not so much. In fact, I STRONGLY recommend against buying it. I mistakenly bought this one in Feb. When I got it, opened it, and let it sort of inflate....it didn't really inflate like the other one. I thought perhaps it was defective, so I sought to return it, but missed the return date drop. But my faith was so strong in the previous product, I bought another. This time I opened it up, and compared the products. They're nowhere near the same quality. In fact, I personally think it's BS that they even claim this particular product is filled with shredded memory foam. Look at the picture. Sure, there are a few lonely pieces of shredded memory foam, but the rest is some sort of other fibrous material that does jack diddly squat for support. It's utter crap. I mean, just look at it, laying there, folded in half and still not able to provide enough support for a child's head, let alone an adults. I honestly feel taken advantage of and that this product (the non-premium) shouldn't even be sold, and certainly not with the description of "Shredded Hypoallergenic Memory Foam Pillow". It's more like "low quality pillow with a handful of memory foam chunks so we can make the claim". WTF guys. You asked for the review...well, here you go. Now I just wish I could get my money back for the other crap pillow. I give better pillows to my dogs. Shame on you for the false advertising.

You can adjust this pillow to your liking. We used 2 of these pillows to make 3. Comes with 2 zipper pillowcases which is very practical.

It’s a comfortable pillow, soft- you first have to adjust the thickness to your liking by removing some of the filling. I love it because - my other pillows that start out great but then flatten and have ridges and crevices, these don’t, or haven’t so far -> I guess memory foam bounce back-ability. But because it’s shredded memory foam it doesn’t feel like a memory foam pillow but instead a nice pillow except that doesn’t ruin and flatten so easily.

I got two of these pillows in queen size for my queen size bed. They go from one side of my bed to the other. I knew they had to be comfy when they were made with chipped memory foam. And to top it off, they have a cover made with bamboo to keep you cool. I slept like a baby first night. You can adjust the pillow by removing some of the memory foam to make it softer. I like mine just the way it is. It gives support but is also soft and comfortable. I am going to loan one to my daughter and my granddaughters to try. I am sure they will love it. They would make a good Christmas present. I would buy them ahead of course in case they run out. You will love this pillow. It is worth every penny. Love, love, love this pillow. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Bought two of this after watching a youtube video about being a good pillow. After opening let it sit 30 mins as per instructions. Only rose around to 60 to 70mm thick (untouched) when im holding it, its as thin as a paper. Tried tumble dry it also and still the same. Wasted my money on this. Hope it will still fluff up after a few days and wouldnt be a total waste.
