Go Cat, Da Octopus Lure Cat Toy Refill, 1 Count

I’ve purchased other cat toys from a different company, made from the same material and my cat still prefers this one. He plays with it so much, that they fall apart quickly. Not due to manufacturing, just constant use.

I always trust Go Cat to make decent toys to keep my cats interest going. It is made sturdy and can easily be switched out on the pole with other Go Cat accessories. I recommend all Go Cat cat toys and haven’t found one the Gals haven’t like yet!

My cat loves this one. She's into all the Go Cat "lures," but this one in particular seems to have it all. Some fur, the hairiness, and the octopus legs seems to make for an irresistible total package. She'll rip it to pieces if I let her, so I'm somewhat conservative with playtime, but at some point I'll just let her have it and buy a new one. That's cats for you.

Sadly my cats destroyed, could not live up to other Go Cat toys.. it was not put or tied well.. this is the only Go Cat that I cannot recommend

My cat goes CRAZY for this thing. I've bought maybe 5 or 6 by now. My big fella (17lb) refused to exercise of play until I got this toy. Soon as I got it, he was literally flying through the air trying to catch it. This toy is perfect if you have a ground or air hunter. My girl loves the teaser-type toys, so the octopus strings dragging across the floor drive her nuts. Big fan of Go Cat, been buying from them for years. I want to start by saying my cats LOVE Go Cat toys. This one was a hit, however after playing with them 2 times with it, it shredded all over my rug, couch etc. I had to throw it out. Very upsetting because my cats loved it. For the price, it should be built more durable.

I have bought this twice and they sent something other than Da Octopus each time, but it's okay since this whole line of toys is pretty fun. You need to supervise your cat because they might want to eat it whole, which isn't safe. You can hook it up to something other than the GO CAT lure if you need to. I think these are too expensive, but on the other hand, I keep buying them since they are way more interesting to cats than other lure toys.
