Thrush Solution

This is a great product. I run a 7 horse lesson program in NY and I have used this product on all of them this mud season. Very easy to use. I Love the built in hoof pick. I didn't think I would but so clever.I used it on one and it was cleared up in a week. So I tried on the rest. And I'm on my 3rd can. So easy to hold in your hand. Wear gloves it is purple and will stain you hands if you over spray or pony moves thier foot before your ready.

I've used many products to treat/prevent thrush in my horses, but this might be my favorite preventative product. It's much less messy than Kopertox and so easy to apply quickly. I've been applying this to the frogs/heels every 2-3 days during mud season to prevent thrush, and I can see/smell the difference.I suspect one can to run out within a month or two using this on 3 horses, but it has been worth the price so far. Use gloves when applying to avoid excess spray on your free hand!

My mare is 30 yrs old with cushings & has shelly hooves because of that. My farrier told me to start spraying Groom's Hand on her hooves 3 times a week. I have noticed a hardening of her feet & he commented that it is helping. She is able to hold a shoe longer & not have her feet trimmed as often. It has really made a difference in her senior years. I do wear gloves when spraying it as it can turn your fingers purple & is a strong smell you don't want to breathe in. Use caution when applying. Highly recommended product!
