Where are these made?

I’m not sure. I bought them for a particular student as they had sensory issue with the longer pencils; the student was able to push the lead through the pencil. He was in kindergarten; I don’t believe they are the better choice of what is available.

My first order of these shipped in a bag & all of the pencils came loose from their boxes. If I order again, will you ship them correctly?
