New, screw included. Made in USA. Color and grain may differ to what is depicted in pictures as this is a multiple listing. Some modification may be required. Review: Get a Grip on It - A very well-made set of walnut grips. Excellent checkering and some mild straight grain pattern with smooth satin oil finish. Had to remove a tiny bit of wood thickness at the notch for the slide release lever on the left grip panel, but the job was easy with a Dremel MotoTool and a dab of boiled linseed oil to restore the wood finish. Good value and good fit to both gun frame and shooter's hand. Review: Nice grips! - Getting the screw in was a challenge but besides that the look and feel of them is fantastic. ## Features - Walther P38 Grips. I have a newer model.** A: These wood grips are more or less a drop-in fit on any Walther P-38/P-1 frame. The edges & screw hole aligned correctly on my P-1 right out-of-the-wrapper. But I had to "hand fit" the wood recess on the upper left corner of the slide release side grip to clear the slide release lever -- simple 1 minute wood thinning task with a Dremel mototool grinding bit, sand paper & a touch of boiled linseed oil for to restore the wood finish. The part description warns the buyer of this. The amount of wood thinning required may vary model-to-model, but in no way is a fault. And ... the grips look great and feel good in the hand. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Get a Grip on It *by J***S on February 2, 2016* A very well-made set of walnut grips. Needed some fitting around safety, more than just sanding, had to carve out area. Wood looks good and looks like lazer etching quality engraving. Think for this price they should have fit out of the box. ## Frequently Bought Together - Walther P38 Grips / P1 Grips.
