I'm looking for a jacket something warmer than windbreaker, but not as warm as a ski jacket. Does this jacket match what I am looking for?

It's not the thickest jacket but it is lined with fleece on the inside. I live in northern Utah where it's usually been around 20 degrees this winter and it's kept me warm so far.

Would this be warm enough for the snow? Obviously not like a blizzard, but like a day of hanging out to snowboard etc?

With a layer or 2 underneath I would say yes. I just used the jacket last weekend at an airsoft milism event in Connecticut, temperatures were around 20-30 degrees, all i wore underneath it was a long sleeve shirt, and I was warm for the whole 8 hours I played.

Where is this shipped from?

i assume it came from a warehouse in the USA, it came in pretty quick so i dont think it shipped from china.
