If you aren't bothered for reading all I could say about these wee units then this should be sufficient. I ride a Harley, it's pretty loud, and I wear earplugs, but with my Mrs on the back, we can still talk and hear each other up to about 60mph when wind noise starts to intrude. So positives, I bought the twin pack and I thought this was very good value for two sets under £150. The fitting instructions were clear ( print is a bit small in the manual!...maybe it's an age thing?) and I was impressed with the amount of stickies, pads, velcro pads and fittings to fit your headset to any helmet. In fact I have two helmets I use regularly and I was able to find enough bits to mostly fit a set to either helmet with minimal ripping things apart. The devices paired with our phones with no issue and up to about 50mph I can listen to music pretty clearly and Sat Nav audio also works acceptably. I suspect most people with full-face helmets and quieter exhausts will find things much more audible up to maybe motorway speeds but as I say my bike is fairly loud so it does drown it out a wee bit for me. Much above 50 I can maybe tell what a song is based on the beat or wee snatched sounds but it's not like listening to music. Negatives- few really, getting the mic to work with my modular helmet so it works with the face open or closed has been a bit tricky, but I think I have solved that now by fitting the boom mic inside the ear space and feeding the boom behind the lining. Battery life seems almost limitless, its never indicated anything other than fully charged. The buttons are a little tricky to use with gloved hands ( but so far I have only been wearing heavier gloves due to the time of year, I suspect in my summer gloves they will be fine). Very pleased though and can recommend ++++++Update October 2022+++++++ So I have used this set a lot since purchase and am very happy with performance, battery life is brilliant, I have on occasions forgotten to turn it off after use and a full days use and got a further day out it afterwards. Everything I said based on initial use, stands. However, main reason for this update is I somehow managed to damage the cable that connects the speakers to the unit. It wasn't a defect in the kit, it was clearly something I did, but one speaker stopped working and I traced it back to a tiny little nick in one of the wires where the connection cable becomes three wires bonded together. I contacted Lexin to ask if I could buy a connection set to fix it. Despite the fact I told them this was entirely my fault they insisted on sending me a new set of speakers cables and connection parts from the US so I could get it all going again. Exceptional Customer service.

I’ve had many Bluetooth units in my time. I’ve always had Sena & Cardo Units, But with the price of them at over £100+ and having to replace sena units every time it rains I thought I would give a cheaper brand a try and...... wow just wow. The unit is rather large but that is also one of its positive points it’s easy to find the buttons (unless you’re wearing thick winter gloves) the button code controls I thought would have been a real nightmare but they are very simple once you get used to them. The sound quality from the speakers is great and have some real bass to them. Honestly, I’m very happy with the units. BUT and there is always a but the radio is very poor for my two units. I will find a station and the sound is great but then It starts to play up and a lot of interference so I either have to scan up then back down or find a ne station, also receiving a text or alert on my phone cuts the radio off then when it comes back its just static noise and again scan up and down. Other than the radio I cant fault these two units the pairing is easy and sounds great even up to 80mph, heavy rain its 100% water proof (unlike sena units of double or triple the price) for me this is the headset of choice just hope the radio issue can be fixed in an update. 4/5 Thanks Lexin

I was in the market for a pair of motorbike intercoms. not being easily swayed by big names, big marketing budgets and therefore big prices I seek out decent items at the lower end of the market where good items can be picked up for more value for money prices. These Lexin intercoms are not the cheapest but by far are not the most expensive either. Bought to fit in to our HJC helmets they were reasonably easy to fit. Our helmets already had recesses for the speakers. I thought to start with that the speakers were too deep for the recesses but no they fitted perfectly. You do have to take out all the linings to work out how to route the cables but once you practice on the first helmet the second is a lot easier. With some cheaper intercoms you have to decide on which type of mic but both a soft and boom mic are included so you can choose which suits you best. I opted for the clip holder, which is a bit like a strong bulldog clip, and it seems OK to me but you also have a sticky pad included if you want to use that. With the intercom fitted I paired it with my phone which was easy peasy. I was then a little underwhelmed with the sound quality. It turns out though that you really have to push the headset into the unit. Apparantly it is to help make the unit watertight. Helpfully they have stickers on the lead to say it needs to be pushed fully home, if you think it is fully inserted try pushing again, the increase in volume and quality was quite revealing. With the second intercom fitted I then tried pairing the two together. I did struggle with this a bit. in the end I found out that when you try and pair the two together instead of holding the button down a quick double tap seemed to do the trick. Again sound quality seems pretty good and volume seems like it should be good for legal speeds. Having played with them they seem to remember pairings when turned back on. Buttons seem easy to operate with gloves on. Will need to learn all the function options available from just 4 buttons. A worthwhile investment? So far so good, they are starting on a high and hopefully will stay there. This is our first set of intercoms so have had nothing to compare them to, but with sound quality and functionality of these Lexins, I am not sure what else you would get if spending a couple of hundred quid more on more expensive ones.

I'm just back from 2 weeks in India and my friend and i used this every day for over 6 hours a day. Genuinely can get around 12 hours of usage (tested it before we left) between music and phone calls. Initially used the clip to attach it to the helmet but found it catching on my jacket so used the sticky pad and it was great. This automatically connected to my Samsung mobile each day when it was switched on and the intercom was great also, it cut out when there was rocks and big buildings in the way -but that's expected, when in open areas there was an impressive range (we never measured it, but when we could see each other we usually could chat) Audio quality was never a problem volume was also very good, my helmet is quite noisy in high winds and with the volume ramped up I could have the music more than loud enough. Considering this can connect up to (if I remember rightly ) 4 headsets, do bluetooth music and calls it is brilliant. To get what this little guy can do by the main brands you would need to spend hundreds of pounds. My mate and I agreed this was the single best purchase we made for the trip. Can't compliment this little intercom enough. Downsides: the only thing I was left wanting for was a skip track button but i did also like how simple the button layout was.

I ordered the dual kit on Amazon as you save 15 pound each. The overall quality of the device is fantastic - I'm comparing to a freedcon device I previously used. This device sits nicely on the side of my helmet - comes with various applications to fit the speakers or microphone- extra sticky tape for those speakers. When I turned the device on in my helmet I nearly went deaf. The volume us amazing and the quality of the sound is also amazing. Rider to rider is clear- focused on voice and we had a chat with 4 of us in group talk. Fantastic device for the money!! Out works a Sena for the price and easier to use I would say. Earphone Jack for headphones and microphone so you don't have any crackling with standard USB etc. Does what it says on the tin - worth every penny. Highly recommend to any adventure/ sports bike rider. Can hear clearly on motorways and wind.

The bluetooth headsets work really well, in case it's not obvious they connect to a mobile phone (each) and give all the features you'd expect there, such as music control and call control. As intercoms go they are brilliant, with clear sound, a good range (50-100 m before they start to break up), and very easy set up. The speakers have a surprisingly rich and balanced sound, and the microphone has good pickup. Be warned though, finding a good spot inside your helmet to mount the speakers is not easy. The included stickers and velcro are as good as you'd hope for, but it is still hard to find a way to insert them.

Hi Lexin, One word awesome!!! I bought this kit so I could chat to a biker friend, listen to music and make phone call whilst out riding our bikes. We put the kit in our helmets with great ease in under 10 mins, no wires showing the only thing visible is the speakers which fit snug with velcro into the cheek pads and the mic which again is velcro'd into place, are totally secure and removable, the control unit clips securely to the outside of the helmet, again secure and removable. The unit took a hour to charge and 2 mins to pare to my phone, and another minute to pair to another set. The sound quality is amazing, talking normally even with the noise from the exhausts and road noise, the control buttons simple to use and large enough to use on the move with gloves on. Switching from intercom to music and changing the volume is simple too. We checked out the range, you can let the other bike get out of sight on the motorway no problem and still chat away! Awesome!!!!! Can't believe the price!!!! Stuart

Good product, works well. As a pair the distance isn’t the best. You’ll be lucky to get a clear conversation past 400-500 yards. But cut that in half if there’s obstacles like buildings etc. Unfortunately my microphone failed after 6 weeks, resorting in using the big boom one, luckily fitting in the helmet still. But the speakers are loud and clear, unless you’re prone to heavy wind noise then you’re stumped. The Bluetooth is easy to setup along with the coms pending you read instructions and once you get used to it. I’ve not paired more than 2 together so can’t speak for 3 or 4 way connection, but believe it would be further distance if you did. Overall good product for money. Shame there are no aftersales or products to replace faulty items with besides a full kit (full ear piece and mics) and not individual.

Gekocht voor gebruik op een bergachtig eiland in Griekenland. Dat werkt dus niet, er is geen ontvangst als er geen directe lijn is tussen zender en ontvanger an als die directe lijn er wel is wordt het kwaliteit van het signaal snel zwakker met de afstand. Nuttig bereik schat ik op iets van 200 meter bij direct line of sight. Je hoort vaak allerlei storingsgeluiden doorkomen. Bluetooth werkt matig, soms wordt je er uit gegooid en moet je de verbinding herstellen wat een heel gepruts is met die zender op je helm, en gevaarlijk om je mee bezig te houden tijdens de rit. Geluidskwaliteit voor muziek gaat wel, is natuurlijk niet ontworpen voor HIFI. De microfoons zijn afneembaar middels klitterband, echter het klitterband werd direct van de microfoon getrokken toen ik het probeerde. Wel zeer complete levering met bijvoorbeeld 2 types microfoon bevestiging. Batterijduur lijkt ook erg lang. Al met al geen succes voor mij.

He comprado los intercomunicadores Lexin B4FM y estoy muy satisfecho con la compra. La instalación es sencilla y se adapta perfectamente al casco. La calidad de sonido es excelente, incluso a altas velocidades, y la cancelación de ruido funciona bastante bien. La conexión Bluetooth es estable y permite enlazarlo fácilmente con el móvil para llamadas o música. La batería duradera sin problemas, ideal para rutas largas. Y el micrófono se ajusta con facilidad. Además, la comunicación entre pilotos es clara y sin interferencias. Muy recomendable para motoristas que buscan un buen intercomunicador a un precio razonable.

Nach einer intensiven Langzeitnutzung des LEXIN B4FM über mehrere Jahre hinweg kann ich bestätigen: Die Zuverlässigkeit ist auch auf weiten Fernreisen absolut tadellos. Die Akkus halten auch eine 11stündige Motorradtour problemlos durch, ohne sie bei Pausen auszuschalten. Das Aufladen der Akkus erfolgt innerhalb kürzerster Zeit. Das Connecten der einzelnen Headsets erfolgt permanent reibungslos und schnell. Die Tasten sind auch während der Fahrt mit Handschuhen problemlos zu finden und zu bedienen. Die Verbindungsreichweite ist sehr gut. Sollte man doch einmal beim Überholen mehrerer Fahrzeuge die Verbindung zum anderen Teilnehmer verloren haben, so wird diese problem automatisch wieder hergestellt. Der Einbau ist durch das vielfältige Zubehör sehr einfach und individuell konfigurierbar schnell erledigt. Die Passform der Lautsprecher ist perfekt und sie tragen innerhalb des Helmes überhaupt nicht auf. Sollte man trotzdem irgendwelche Fragen zum Produkt oder dessen Bedienung haben, antwortet der Kundendienst innerhalb kürzester Zeit und überaus kompetent. Wir würden das Lexin sofort wieder kaufen.

Ho acquistato l'interfono sfruttando un offerta lampo. Al prezzo pagato non mi aspettavo una qualità del genere e non credo si possa trovare di meglio. Facile l'installazione all'interno del casco: ho provato tante cuffie più economiche, ma nessuna era abbastanza piccola da entrare nello scanso per le cuffie del mio agv (questa cuffia essendo piatta permette il suo montaggio agevolmente senza creare problemi, nonostante sia molto larga di diametro). Nella confezione è presente sia un microfono da attaccare con adesivo alla mentoniera, sia un microfono con asta per i caschi jet e demi jet. L'abbinamento al cellulare è semplicissimo; si può collegare nello stesso momento anche un secondo dispositivo bluetooth (esempio un navigatore). Può essere quindi usato nello stesso momento sia per ricevere chiamate o ascoltare la musica dal cellulare, sia per seguire le istruzione del gps. Un opzione davvero interessante è la possibilità di condividere con altri interfoni la musica che si sta ascoltando sul proprio cellulare. Nello stesso istante può essere abbinato fino ad un massimo di 4 interfoni. Se si vuole fare uscite di gruppo è possibile collegare a cascata fino ad un massimo di 10 interfoni. L'interfono è dotato anche di radio FM, per cui è possibile ascoltare tutte le stazioni radio e c'è la possibilità di salvare le preferite per ritrovarle più agevolmente durante il successivo riutilizzo. Concludo con la qualità dell'audio. Sia io che la mia "zavorrina" siamo molto soddisfatti: qualità ottima del suono e volume molto alto, si sente bene in viaggio. C'è un leggero fruscio durante l'utilizzo in modalità interfono, non da molto fastidio ma ad ogni modo basta non tenerlo sempre in questa modalità e "attivarlo" solo quando si vuole parlare. PS: ho omesso la recensione sulla batteria poiché sembra buona ma in realtà l'ho utilizzato solo per brevi tragitti, quindi non potrei dare un giudizio veritiero. Non appena l'avrò testata provvederò ad aggiornare la recensione.

Après l'achat d'un coffret 2 intercoms LEXIN LX-B4FM & les essais chez moi & sur la route depuis 2 semaines, voici mes conclusions: INSTRUCTIONS A) - La notice est en Anglais, pas de Français dispo sur le site de LEXIN. La traduction via Google Drive est performante & va très bien après l'avoir transférée au format Word, ça fait une belle notice. B) - Téléchargez la page de pictograms en PDF intitulée "Quick Start" sur le site de Lexin. Bon aide-mémoire de toutes les commandes sur une seule page en version images. MONTAGE DANS LE CASQUE J'ai 2 casques modulables différents: 1 Nolan 105 & un Schuberth C3. Pas de difficulté dans le Schuberth, par contre, moins facile dans le Nolan 105, la paroi inférieure gauche de ce casque étant trop épaisse pour la pince support fournie avec cet intercom. Pas mieux non plus avec le support collé (3M) fourni, là encore parce que cette partie du casque est loin d'être plane. J'ai donc dû percer 2 trous de 3,5mm dans le support "3M" fourni et dans la base du casque, afin de les solidariser avec 2 vis-écrous inox de 3mm. AUTONOMIE - L'autonomie annoncée semble tout à fait réaliste. J'en suis à plus de 6 heures de marche depuis la première recharge et la batterie annonce encore être à 50%. - La qualité du son en provenance d'un smartphone (musique, GPS, etc...) ou en intercom pilote / passager est de très bonne qualité jusqu'aux environs de 100Km/h, selon l'insonorisation de votre casque. Au-delà, la qualité se dégrade à cause des bruits aérodynamiques du casque. Pas testé entre deux motos. UNE SEULE FONCTION A LA FOIS: Lorsque le pilote est connecté au smartphone (GPS par ex.) pour parler à son passager il (ou le passager) doit faire un appui court sur le bouton d'intercom, ce qui coupe la comm avec le GPS et active l'interphone. Il suffit d'un nouvel appui sur l'un des 2 boutons d'intercom pour couper l'interphone et réactiver la liaison smartphone du pilote. Le Smartphone ne pouvant se connecter qu'à un seul équipement via le Bluetooth, il faut choisir celui qui est connecté avec: pilote ou passager. On ne peut donc pas renvoyer les infos GPS (ou musique, etc...) sur les 2 casques simultanément. Si sur GPS, on ratera les instructions de navigation depuis l'activation de l'interphone, si lecture MP3, la mise en pose s'est activée au lancement de l'interphone, & la lecture reprend suite à l'arrêt de la fonction interphone. FONCTION RADIO - La sensibilité du tuner FM semble médiocre. A ce propos, lors de l'installation des haut-parleurs dans le casque, bien "étaler" le fil du haut-parleur droit entre le garnissage intérieur et la calotte du casque, ce fil servant aussi d'antenne FM. Ce sont les 2 boutons de réglage volume sonore qui servent de changement de fréquence FM. Lorsque le défilement de la bande arrive au maxi, elle reboucle sur la fréquence la plus basse. En l'absence de précision, je suppose de 87 à 108MHz. L'accrochage des stations, même en région Parisienne, semble quelque peu perfectible... Pas mal de grésillements. Mais sur la route, est-ce bien raisonnable ? Conclusion: Fiabilité dans le temps à confirmer ultérieurement, mais à ce jour, rapport qualité / prix exempt de toute critique. Retour d'expérience après + de 2 ans / 8000Kms d'utilisations solo GPS et Duo GPS & Intercom: - Je confirme tout ce que j'ai pu préciser ci-dessus en 12/2018. - J'y ajoute que cette paire d'intercoms est toujours utilisée sans aucun changement. L'autonomie est très supérieure à une journée de moto pilote-passager avec alternance des fonctions intercom et GPS. - La qualité du son reste tout à fait convenable jusqu'aux 100Km/h. - Concernant son étanchéité à la pluie, ces deux modules ont très bien supporté les averses orageuses sans s'enrhumer. Petit reproche: le clip de fixation, solidarisé avec le casque, par la pince ou le double faces, reçoit le module dans une glissière. une petite lamelle ressort, freine son glissement vers le haut, pour désolidariser le module du casque, pour le recharger, ou toute autre raison. Cette petite lamelle ressort devrait être plus puissante et comporter un petit levier à pousser de déverrouillage, quand on veut désolidariser un module, car tel que conçu, les modules ont trop tendance à se déboiter lors de manipulations des casques... et à se retrouver pendu au bout des fils de connexions des écouteurs !. Jusqu'au jour ou le jack se désengagera et le module tombera...
