Poynting OMNI-600 Antenna

Mounted in my loft space at front of property and facing the direction of my closest cell which is mounted on an exchange. Little point describing what is basically a plastic tube hosting some very basic wiring and soldering. I was expecting a strong resilient signal. Instead I had a marginal gain on my 4g router. Translated into a 12 mbs increase. antenna performance is influenced by the environment mounted in. Signal is affected by masses such as open water, railway lines, structures and of course the weather. What works for some may be the opposite for others simple because of environmental factors. Others may have a different experience.

Purchased this antenna to work with the huawai b535 4g router on EE. We did a quick test holding it out the bedroom window and went from 20 meg upto 50 meg. We decided to attach it to the chimney above the roof to get better signal but is was worse. We decided to take it back down and experiment with it and got nearly 80 meg holding it against the wall in a horizontal position out side the window. So that’s where we fitted it.

I purchased this aerial for my Huawai B535 4G router and was impressed by the quality of the product and ease of installation. I purchased this aerial having researched online on various forums, and was directed towards this one. There are other cheaper models available, but as this is a one-time purchase, I bit the bullet and spent a bit more - which turned out to be a very good decision! Would highly recommend. It boosted my signal hugely.

Very easy to install. The antenna wires fitted perfectly to the EE home router and the antenna without needing to purchase any other cables. The fixing kit fitted straight to our magnetic flag pole to sit on the narrow boat roof. Excellent Wifi reception around the boat in any location so far.

Great product, and it works I have no signal but after I used this product I had my own 4G signal tower. Definitely recommend
