MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is a professional-grade, ready-to-use (RTU) translucent specialty grout with an “iridescent effect” finish. It is offered in 10 designer colors with translucent characteristics that not only reflect but also refract light. This allows the grout to transition in color to complement the tile color. The “translucent effect” is most noticeable with the color Crystal Moon (#201), while the other nine colors exhibit a more pronounced “iridescent effect.” MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is also formulated for commercial and residential interior installations of porcelain, ceramic, glass and natural-stone tiles. Plus, the dense surface structure of the grout helps to prevent water-based stains on the grout surface. MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is formulated with the latest innovation in recycled glass-bead aggregate, which ensures color consistency, ease of cleanability and improved workability. In addition, this grout can be used on sensitive tile surfaces once tested, requires no sealer and cures naturally from evaporation. Comparison testing of MAPEI Flexcolor 3D versus traditional Portland-cement grout has verified that MAPEI Flexcolor 3D requires 65% less time to install than powder grouts Review: Perfect sparkling blue grout to match water! - I love this grout! I wish it came in bigger packs, I had to get two because one wasn’t enough and it was very expensive. But it turned out amazing in my custom shower with the handmade, ceramic fish tiles I made! The sparkling blue looks like water amount the rocks and fish! My recommendation for best application is to have a wet rag handy! The sparkles get everywhere and you have to wipe them off immediately! I applied a think amount to go in-between my rocks and tiles, then I used a wet rag to wipe off all excess glitter grime the stone and tiles. I did this a few times and then used a dry rag to get off more, sometimes you have to scrape the surface to get off the glitter. Once it dried, it did shrink some so I did apply a second coat to give it a fuller look! I love the way it turned out and it is the first thing everyone notices and comments on then they use our guest bathroom! Review: Arrived 1/2 empty - It’s 1/2 empty. Why did I pay &75 for a 1/2 empty tub of grout???

Good stuff
Not super glittery but it does shine if the light hits it just right. It keeps really well also.

Love, but takes a bit of elbow grease
Beautiful with my glass subway tile. Definitely work in small batches and clean the surface of the tiles well before moving on. This is a little trickier than most grout but the overall affect is beautiful and worth the extra cleaning.
