Apple 2017 MacBook Air with 1.8GHz Core i5 CPU 13-inch 8GB RAM 128 GB Storage Silver (Renewed)

The battery last long and was obviously replaced, which I greatly appreciated. The computer was reset and easy to set up. I believe I had a software update updated but honestly that can happen even with new products, so not worried about that. It’s older, but it seems to work just fine for what I needed to and it’s still communicates with all my other Apple products perfectly fine. Lastly, the computer seemed to be in good condition and the screen has no major defects. At least none that I noticed.

I was nervous buying a refurbished MacBook Air. The reviews were mixed but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. There were no visible damages and once it charged up it worked perfectly. The battery also charged up so I am thoroughly impressed.

The computer is in perfect condition, looks brand new but it was not properly restored to factory defaults and it won't let me permanently change the administrators password which means that everytime I turn on the computer I have to do a system reboot, and change the password again. To even get in. This is the third renewed MacBook I've purchased. Never had this problem before. But it really is a problem. And I'm not just talking about having to reboot once a day. If I reboot now, get a phone call, talk ten minutes and then go back to the computer I have to reboot again. . Very frustrating!!! I called the company and they said I couldcreturn it to the company and they would try to restore it to factory defaults but the main reason I chose this computer was because they offered a faster delivery date. I use my computer for my work and I needed it in a hurry not realizing they were just going to ship out a computer without properly restoring iit's a four day turn around to ship it back plus however long it takes to repair it and I'm Not in a situation where I can be computerless for five or six days. So I'm screwed. I highly recommend GHLY HIGHLY recommend against ordering from this seller:(? I've shopped through Amazon for aboutv18 years and this is the first disappointment I've had but its a biggie. Don't get a computer from this company.

It had got lost in mail but works amazing about to buy another

We've bought a few of these refurbished units for our kid's school needs. They've been great for us at an awesome price, though I was very careful about researching the specific third-party seller they were coming from.

Let me begin by saying I have an Apple IPhone , an Apple Watch, and an IPad. I’ve had laptops out the wazoo and decided to get a MacBook Air. I ordered the Refurbished Mac which listed as being in excellent condition. The description was indeed in excellent condition. I only noticed one little ding and because it’s silver, the ding blends into the background. That didn’t bother me at all. It arrived within 24 hours of ordering it and it was delivered by FedEx. I rushed home from work because I couldn’t wait to dive into my new toy. As I unpacked, the laptop and charger were packaged quite well which is a great plus! Whew! I turned on the Mac and it booted right up. However, the most annoying voice took over my new toy and for 1 1/2 hrs, I fought hard against the machine. I must tell you, I hated the Voice Over thingy. It guides one on how to use this annoying command. So I went back to the box to look for a start up booklet and it was not there. I was very disappointed. I decided to call upon the YouTube gods and goddesses to lend their knowledge to help me. The videos I saw were useless. I never could find a video that deals with the 2017 model. I looked for the pdf manual and still couldn’t find the correct one for the model. After turning off the sound, (yes, the annoying voice drove me mad) I just started hitting buttons and finally it came to the screen I needed. Registered it, updating software, and patiently waiting for it complete to see if truly I will fall in love with it. It’s too early for me to give a better opinion but one thing for sure, is how happy I am I didn’t receive a laptop in poor condition. At this point, I only wished the company sent along a manual because that would’ve been extremely helpful or even a link on their company handout. I am satisfied with it so far and I will update in a week to let others know of any changes that may occur.

The size is good. The condition was awesome. Sound quality is great easy to carry around not too heavy.

I was a little hesitant about buying a refurbished MacBook, but I’m really glad I did. It arrived quickly and was in much better condition than expected. Everything works as it should, and setup was easy. A great option if you want to save money without sacrificing performance.

Bien que l'appareil soit élégant et que la qualité de fabrication soit excellente, plusieurs aspects ont grandement limité mon expérience : 🔸 Performance moyenne : Malgré le prix élevé, l’appareil montre des ralentissements lors de l’utilisation de logiciels de montage vidéo et de traitement d’image, ce qui n'est pas acceptable pour un produit de cette gamme. 🔸 Autonomie décevante : La batterie se décharge beaucoup plus rapidement que prévu. Même en mode économie d’énergie, l’autonomie est loin de celle annoncée par le fabricant. 🔸 Chauffe excessive : Le MacBook chauffe rapidement, même avec une utilisation modérée, ce qui le rend inconfortable à utiliser sur les genoux. 🔸 Connectivité limitée : Le manque de ports USB traditionnels et l'absence de lecteur de carte SD rendent les connexions externes compliquées, surtout pour les créateurs de contenu. 🔸 Rapport qualité/prix discutable : Compte tenu de la performance globale, je ne trouve pas que le produit soit à la hauteur de son prix élevé. En résumé, bien que le MacBook soit esthétiquement plaisant, il ne répond pas à mes attentes en termes de performance et de praticité. Je ne le recommande pas pour les utilisateurs qui ont besoin d’un appareil puissant et polyvalent.

When I first purchased the laptop it was needed a new update. There was apps I couldn’t download because it needed updating. I did spend hours trying with no luck. But then I went to apple website and downloaded the new update straight from apple. Had to re download the software but it works great now. Runs like it should. Battery life is great. Pristine condition. Happy customer. I’d buy from this seller again.
