Olympia Provisions, an authentic and house-made charcuterie and meats company based in Portland, Oregon, began as Oregon’s first USDA-certified salumeria and now offers food-lovers five Portland restaurant locations and online product availability nationwide. For those times when you need a quick pork pick-me-up, bring on The Snacker. This shelf-stable boxed set includes our signature wax-dipped Summer Sausage, a trio of Pepperettes—petite packets of smoked pork sticks and a jar of grainy Edmond Fallot mustard. Pepperettes come three to a pack and are about 2 oz. total. The Summer Sausage: Our take on the classic American summer sausage that is tangy and mildly spiced with mustard and garlic and wax dipped. The Flaco Paco Pepperettes: a Spanish inspired travel snack that is a proud 2015, Good Food Award Winner! Perfectly smoked and flavored with paprika and garlic. Petite Pierre Pepperettes: This French Inspired smoked pork stick is flavored with juniper and sea salt. Kleine Schweine Pepperettes: German inspired and flavored with caraway and coriander. Pepperettes come three to a pack and are about 2 oz total. Edmond Fallot Mustard.
