This is a great herbal formula. It's best to use now and then. I would not recommend it daily unless you had a serious situation with constipation. My pharmacist actually recommended this stuff and it works. It's 100% natural and I think it's the easiest thing to use on occasion. I like the 270 g per serving versus some other tablets I've used that were double and two harsh on my stomach. I think this is the perfect amount. This particular product allows you to go to the bathroom calmly and naturally without any weird side effects or cramping. THANK GOODNESS! Most people don't eat enough fiber or enough vegetables that's when this is needed. I recommend taking it in the morning because it takes one tablet approximately 10 to 12 hours to kick in. Since everyone's body is different, I recommend doing a trial run on your day off that way you can be near a bathroom. You must drink at least 16 ounces of water when doing any type of cleanse obviously the more water you drink the better. Once you have avoided drinking more water is recommended so you do not dehydrate yourself. WATER IS THE KEY staying hydrated and flushing out the toxins! Love these i always have problems when it comes with movements. I find that taking 3 or 4 capsules work best for me with no stomach issues. I love the fact that they are natural and I have been taking these for 4 years. Other brands such as stool softeners or constipation relief supplements never worked for me they always left me in pain and messy lol.

My 3 year old son has constipation issues after he stopped using diapers. We've used exlax, Miralax, suppository, enemas, fiber gummies all of these gave him cramps, stomach ache, and vomiting. He ended up in the hospital after we had spent the weekend at Disney and gave him an enema because he hadn't pooped in 5 days. Enema caused vomiting and dehydration and beginning stages of kidney failure. After seeing the GI specialist he advised we should change his diet and use Miralax. We've used Miralax before and my son screams in pain, we can't leave the house because he runs to the potty every five minutes, and he has accident in his pants. GI reviewed this medicine and gave me his blessing to use on my son. 3 months later, We just got back from the GI. GI gave him the all clear because my baby is pooping every day. I break open the pill. He takes about 4 pinches of this pill in his milk sippy cup. He has about 2-3 milk cups a day. Dr said he needs to take this for a year and in every milk bottle. It did take about 4 days for him to start going but by week 2 he was going every other day. After 2 months he is going every day! Stool is soft but not diarrhea. IIhad used this product 10 yyears ago,it cured my IBS. I used it again when I was pregnant, it also cured my constipation during pregnancy and after delivery. I took this and phyllus task husk.I recently started a gluten free diet and I'm back to taking these. I have to take 3 at night.
