It is a highly recommended item. It helps circulate your blood and I won't use anything else. I love hot flavor. If you can't handle tasting this hot droplets of herbs, it is definitely not for you. I always drink a little water right after I take 15 drops.

Don't need much . Only few drops will make your mouth feel hot. So i dilute it with some water and drink it.

I feel so much better ... notice a good !difference in three days.

Its what I expected from this item. The item too oily and tastes bitter. I opened it so I can't return. I only took it once, so not sure if it works or not.
