How long did the calendar last? A week, month, year? (Before it stopped working).

The calander is good until 2040. Since there aren't a lot of moving parts, it will likely get lost before it's damaged.

Is there a video explaining how to use the perpetual calendar? The "how to play" and "leap year query" in the instruction book aren't exactly clear.

If I lightly use metallic spray paint before I pop the pieces out, dry, then assemble would it work?

My clock would not work long as to much friction so I would not do it on the parts that need to move
