I bought this kettle just before Christmas, so have had the opportunity to use it now for a while. I'm really impressed. It is a really well made and well finished product. It boils more quickly than my old one did. It is slightly heavier than my previous kettle. but I rarely fill it completely,, so this isn't an issue and I'd rather have a more solid, rather than flimsy, kettle. I like the 'ping' that it gives when it's finished boiling. It looks real stylish and I would definitely recommend this product. In fact we like it so much that I recently bought another Sage kettle in a different finish for my son.

Excellent buy

After plenty of research as lockdown leaves little else to do, I purchased this Sage kettle and it's pretty much perfect. Loving the soft open lid, not too loud and looks very slick. The only downside as other reviewers have mentioned is that you cannot see the water level. The side indicator is very dark, odd choice to make during the design, hence 4 stars. It doesn't bother me overall.

We spent weeks researching kettles from all different suppliers. After reading reviews, some of which I’m glad I ignored, we chose this one. After a couple of weeks of use, we are very pleased. More expensive, but you get what you pay for; great quality. The soft bell that signifies the kettle has boiled is hardly noticeable as is the sound of boiling. For this I am grateful I chose this kettle as if I had believed other reviews I wouldn’t have done.

It seems to be a good quality but it is expensive for just a normal kettle. You can't see the water level due to it being dark coloured glass.

I love the kettle.The only thing I find is it’s quite heavy.Its very solid and well made.

This is a quality kettle really lovely to look at - it is quite heavy though - unfortunately I had to send it back as I had a problem with the matching toaster. Did not use it so cannot comment on anything else but looks!
