Was compatible with my Cisco work phone. Fits well. Noise cancellation feature works. Quality is good. Would recommend.

I wanted a hardwired headset, and bought this one based on the avg customer review. The headset worked straight out of the box, no need for either of the two adapters that come with. The sound quality is startlingly clear, and I absolutely recommend them!One note: the Cisco phone base's default is to mute the headset mic, so in order to be heard you simply have to press the headset button on the phone (it'll light up when the mic is live) to be able to use the headset. Meikajia's customer support responded quickly to explain this.

having this head set is so much better in terms of sanity and quality my work issued headphones. It came only in with one earpiece head phone its super hard to hear or understand anything! the MKJ i can understand and hear everything what the customer says instead of repeating myself 15 times what the customer said on the phone

I got this for my job and it work great and it affordable.

I have been using MKJ products for my work since about 2018, it was the worst purchase so far. I ordered it about six months ago and started using it just about 7 days ago and it just a snapped from the head piece connection to the earpiece. I think weight distribution due to ear piece is far more on the plastic connector. Not durable. Would not wast my money again on this!

This phone headset worked very well as the sound was crystal clear through the headset and I have a hearing problem. Additionally, this helped me at my job hands free as i needed to type information quickly. The mic was crystal clear too as I tested this with another co-worker using it while i called on the other end.The downside, I've only used this for 6 months and it has already died on me. I believe the longevity of this product is lacking and hope they find a way to remedy this issue with the price you pay for it.

I am hearing impaired and wear bilateral hearing aids and the headset provided by my employer weren't working for me. I just plugged this into the existing phone and immediately the sound quality is better. Life changing when you are on the phone for 8 hours a day!
