Seller has always been very helpful in the past regarding special requests. I have ordered from him several times.

Q: Can i request for only calico?

You would have to contact the seller directly. My mix had 2 calico, a yellow, a bronze/brown, and a black - all nice fish.

Q: I live in Connecticut (zone 6b). I have a well filtered 3.5’ deep 3700 gallon pond. Can the ranchus survive our winters?

I live in central North Carolina where it is far milder than Connecticut - my neighbor runs a heater on his 10,000 gallon Koi pond through the winter. Ranchus are more delicate than Koi - so in addition to good aerators - I would think you'd want to maintain a minimum temperature. Especially if the Ranchu are small.
