It’s better value for money and gives the same health benefits as whey. Also, it’s unflavoured and zero additives. Review: Value for money compared to other costly products - I have been using for past 1.5 yrs. First thing, I got visible difference in muscle building after 3 rd time of consumption ( not a third scoop, third package!). So, you cant get the difference in few days because muscle building is a slow and steady process. Now come to review Pros: 1. Value for money. Compared to other brands, this one is cost effective and reacts well. 2. Since it is a bed time protein, I am getting good pumps at the time of wakeup. 3. It completes my protein requirement of night time for muscle recovery 4. Overall, it reacts slowly but if u have a good workout and diet regime, you will earn the progress Cons: 1. First thing, you will have to take more water consumption, otherwise you will get constipation 2. It tastes blindly. So add boost or horlicks and make it flavoured 3. Dont expect visible results early. Do your work and you will gain it soon. ## Features - EVERYDAY PROTEIN FOR EVERYONE: With AS-IT-IS ONE Micellar Casein, you get 25g of protein in each serving.
