Helps With Neuropathy Pain
I have been taking Alpha Lipoic Acid for over a year now with my Gabapenton for my neuropathy. It does make a difference. My neuropathy has pretty much not been hurting so much. I'm not a doctor but this has helped me with the pain.

Working for burning mouth syndrome
This has made a huge difference to my quality of life. I have suffered with BMS for over 10yrs and it can really get you down. Reflux sufferers beware
I have no idea if this will benefit anyone. Unfortunately, suffering as I do from reflux, after a few days I had so much pain and indigestion symptoms I had to stop taking them. The clue is in the name but it was much worse than I expected. Disappointing for me and money wasted.
