I so love this snow cone machine. It is super easy to operate. Also very easy to clean. My kid's and I had fun making the snow cones. The color is beautiful. I got the Aqua and I'm pleased with it. For the size it truly makes a lot. It is a little loud and still that wasn't any issue for me because I was watching the ice come down and I really didn't notice the sound that much. I so recommend this product. It also doesn't take that long or that much ice. I so love this product. I would give more than 5 Stars if it would let me. So yes this product is so worth the money and so easy to use and clean.

A great buy. I bought this for my daughter's birthday party. Snowcones were made all night. Several dozen. And now this summer I already set it up and am making snowcones every other day. Works great. A bit slow but doesn't jam. I use just regular ice cubes. Ice is a bit coarser than larger snowcone machines. But for a family party or just for a treat its great. I prefer to use a bowl inside the box because the little side door is hard to open and once it melts its a wet mess. There is a little screw cap that goes on the top of the ice holder that just doesn't feel secure enough. It's a bit loose but it still works. That's the only issues I have. Overall it's loud but you're crushing and shaving ice so that's not gonna be a quiet experience. It's pretty easy to clean just wet as can be expected when you have shaved ice all over. Had it a full year and love it.

I originally used ice from my fridges ice maker and it would take forever to bring up the ice. I switched to the round ice you can buy at convenience stores and it worked way better. This snow cone maker is so cute and I love that you can store the to make a bunch at once

Works as intended, super cute, got for a birthday gift for my now 4yo who loves eating ice as well as to save a couple dollars during the summer time being able to easily have a nice cold treat. It doesn’t take long to make, the noise level is as expected for crushing ice lol, and overall it was a great investment.

Love this little machine! It makes a nice shaved ice. My son wanted one for Christmas. It’s user friendly and a good size so it doesn’t take up too much counter space. It doesn’t come with any syrups so you will have to purchase them separately but this is definitely a good, affordable start and great for kids who want snow cones!

item works great as advertised. I think it's over-sized, it takes too much space considering I don't shave that much ice. plastic case is weak, most parts are plastic. I should have bought the metal ice shaver which is smaller in size and more durable. because the clear case has s small door and can't be removed, it's very hard to clean it or dry it off after each use. if I purchased a smaller unit that doesn't come with a case, it would be easier to clean and easier to use. I could hardly fit my small hands inside the door to retrieve the ice, so if you have bigger hands you may struggle a little bit to remove the ice. I have an ice maker which produces smaller cubes of ice,and it works fine using smaller cubes. I have not tried the unit on larger cubes. The ice shaving is fine, and not coarse as shown in the picture of the product. I don't think you can use over sized ice cubes or pucks. I have seen other smaller units on amazon that allows you to use larger pucks of ice, where you can freeze water in a bowl and use one large piece of ice however you can't do that with this units. I would definitely not purchase again, and I would purchase a smaller unit, that would allow me to use larger ice pucks, so I just have to wait until it breaks so I can buy a different ice shaver
