I had hairspray (12 years worth!) that had accumulated in one spot of my master bath tile and the grout was noticeably darker. Within seconds I got it all off. For $7.95.~Mr. Clean gets you 8 for $5.99 (with the coupon).Cleaning power:~Magic Clean requires almost no scrubbing to remove stains. I have had to scrub for a few stubborn stains like burnt food on the stovetop.~Mr. Clean requires scrubbing for every stain but still removes them, even the longstanding tea and coffee stains on my mugs.Durability:~Magic Clean does not shred upon first contact with a smooth surface (like Mr. Clean does). I can use one sponge many times before it needs to be replaced. And even then it's not because it fell apart, but because it wore out its cleaning power. Most of the dirt washes out pretty easily the first several times you use it, but it does accumulate.~Mr. Clean disintegrates with one use and leaves behind lots of little bits of sponge on the surface that I was cleaning that I then have to clean up with a regular sponge or a paper towel.Value:~I ordered Magic Clean about a month ago and have only used 2.~I went through one 8-pack of Mr. Clean in about 6 weeks.Overall:~Magic Clean is by FAR the better buy. I was down to my last sponge that’s made by the bald guy and thought these things are so expensive for a package of 4, but I can’t be without them. I went on to Amazon to see if they sold them cheaper than my local BB&B store and these came up. I was skeptical that you got 25 for less than $8. I was impressed by all the good things people had to say and figured I’d give them a try. Well I won’t be buying the ones from the bald guy anymore. These are less in length but much thicker, which gives me a better grip and they don’t fall apart or start to disintegrate after just a couple of uses, especially when cleaning the bathtub! I will definitely order again and even told my mother in law since she is a fan of the other ones. She buys a box of 8 and it costs $10. Here you spend less and get 3xs more product.
