Nice product. Easy to set up as I wanted, and works smoothly. Black matte finish is perfect.

This dimmer works great was intuitive to use – so you don’t need any instructions and the connectivity is 100% reliable. It’s small and doesn’t make any heat after a 4 to 6 hour period. I don’t know if that maintains the same as I’m using it for my small Christmas tree I plan to use it on another light fixture after I take the tree down. Depending on how it works for a lamp, I may purchase more.

Functioned as expected and did what I needed it to do. Held up well for my halloween lights and allowed me to dim things pretty easily.

Has a detent at one end for the OFF position, then a slider from low to high. Seems to work, other than getting warm. I'd advise not to put it under fabric, or use it with a very high wattage. In my case, it's a 300W heat lamp it controls, which is a type of incandescent bulb, so it is within the 360W rating. I'd be reluctant to use it with 360W, and certainly you better not go beyond that. There appears to be no "margin of safety". That is, when they say a 360W limit, or 150 for CFL or LED, they MEAN it.

I bought these as a substitute for a telephone controlled bulb in my lamps. This was very easy to use! I just plugged the apparatus into the wall and plugged my lamp into the apparatus. I was able to easily dim my light all the way down to barely lid by way of a slider. The price was exactly right! Gave me the option to create a nice atmosphere in the evenings at home. Super easy to use, and looks good too! Not obtrusive, low profile, barely noticeable. I will definitely buy more.

I got a lamp with some lightbulb that looked great in the store but were WAYYY too bright in my house. I'm so glad I found this dimmer. Simply plug it into the outlet (I have mine in a smart plug) and plug your light into the dimmer. Adjust up and down with the toggle. Suddenly, my kitchen has ambiance rather than a spotlight shining down from heaven.

Wish I had bought this perfect little easy to use dimmer a long time ago. It’s so simple to use and is perfect for what I need. It came in a two pack and can’t wait to convert another lamp to a dimmer light too!

It's a good dimmer. I use it for my reptiles basking light so it won't be too hot. So it's compatible with reptile lights. Only complaint is the flickering. Some days it's always flickering and some there isn't any.

I purchased this from the used section and am delighted with the performance. Dimming my small table lamp with LED was my requirement, and this item is absolutely perfect. No wiring required - the dimmer sits inline with the outlet. Well made. I can recommend.

Both dimmers work as they should, as long as the lights you want to control are smooth dimming/dimable and under 360w total electrical load. I wanted to use these controllers with dimable LED filament bulbs, but I was not happy with the smoothness of the fading/flickering (partly due to the LED bulbs I wanted to use). I eventually decided to use a single 40w incandescent bulb with each dimmer. The dimming up and down is now very smooth without any hum noise from the slide control box or bulb. I really didn't want to use incandescent bulbs with the dimmers, because our family has been trying over the past few years to limit our electricity usage for various things in out home, and using LED Filament/COB bulbs have helped greatly in that regard, but considering that these dimmers are being used sparingly in a bedroom setting, and most of the time it's only used to give off a gentle light (amber'ish colour, which is easier on the eyes at night) while watching TV, or when reading a book in bed... the amount of electricity the 40w incandescent bulb actually uses while dimmed down almost all the way, is rather minuscule, and the bulb barely gives off any heat at that light output level. If I eventually find an LED Filament/COB bulb that has very smooth dimming capabilities (that doesn't cost a lot of $'s), I might switch out the incandescent bulbs for that. Until then, I'm happy with how it's working right now. Btw, the plug end of the dimmer that connects to the wall outlet (that you use to plug your light's plug connector into), only has two prongs, which means you can't (or at least you're not supposed to) use a grounded appliance/fixture with a 3 prong connection plug.

This dimmer works as advertised. For my decor and purposes I really like the fact that they are available in black. The dimmers are somewhat subtle, discreet and camouflaged in black which is perfect. The sliders are very smooth and thus picking your desired dimmed setting is easy and accurate each time. Very satisfied with the product.
