The lipsomal b supreme in the blue bottle says on front for professional use only what does that mean?

From Designs for Health website: The Designs for Health line is a professional brand offered exclusively to health care professionals and their patients through referral, practitioner e-stores, and Amazon.

Does this need to be refrigerated?

No, it does not need to be refrigerated

Can these be pumped into capsules?

I would say no. It would be a messy proposition to get it into the capsule. I'm thinking it would spray all over. It is designed to squirt the desired amount into your mouth. I love this product but would have to say it reminds me of a liquid childhood vitamin my Mom gave me so I don't find the taste offensive.
