Hard to swallow if you have a strong gag reflex
I like this product and continue to take it, 3 months in. The football shaped capsule sticks in my throat and I can't swallow it, so instead, I chew it up. It tastes fishy, but it's not too bad and the taste doesn't linger. Nor do I burp it up later. I do recommend the product, just posting here to inform.
