ZQuiet Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece & Cleaner, Size 2, Blue

Thank you for creating this mouth device. I've been using size 2 ( 6mm ) like 1 hour before bed, then I switch to the other one 2mm, it's helping a lot. Also getting the right pillow size helps. Using a firm 2 inches high memory foam. What a nightmare to sleep before it was. Update: only using the size 2 now. I guess I needed the 6mm. I am recording my sleep for the past 2wks and NO SNORING! Thank you so much for the decision to create this device. My sleep, overall well-being is being restored. ❤️

it was delivered with an open package and probably the delivery guy took the mouthpiece and only left the cleaner spray... i tried to claim it with amazon but i was never refunded... poor poor poor product and customer service stay away i then purchased a second one and this doesn't work at all...hurts and i still snore like a hog and i am not overweight by any means...i found another product that does the trick but since this is NOT a fake review i will not mention the name of the product that i use currently....i am just bummed out overall by this purchasing nightmare

Not very comfortable. Lowers your snoring a bit, but doesn't stop it completely.

This really works for me! My snoring went away on the first night and I breathe a whole lot more easily while sleeping.

Been using it for 2 weeks and no snoring, it is a bit difficult to keep mouth closed while asleep but overall comfortable.

The worst product ever made. This mouthpiece is too soft that could not hold my jaw in place to experience any benefits. Just a waste of time and money.

My snoring keeps my poor wife awake and when I looked into this product I was hopeful that it could help. The first 3 weeks were amazing and my wife could finally get a full nights rest, BUT after that it stopped being as effective. It seems to have lost its ability to keep my mouth open, it’s like it’s wore out and for the cost I feel as if it should have worked longer than 3 weeks. Did buy another thinking that the first one was defective but same issue with the second one. The tension just gets weak after a few weeks really effecting it’s ability to stop me from snoring. Guess a $50ish dollar solution was too good to be true. May be that I grind my teeth which put a great deal of stress thus reducing its effectiveness, so may work better for others? Won’t buy another and keep sleeping in the couch. Also when I first used starting using this it really caused a lot of pain (teeth) and my jaw was very sore but after a few weeks I seem to adjust and the pain subsided. This is stated on the directions but it caused quite a bit if discomfort had trouble eating the first couple of days.

This might be the worst product that I bought from Amazon. Doesn't fit properly as they mention, giving discomfort and even big pain on your jaws.

Their promises of a solution to snoring are nothing but empty marketing tactics to lure in unsuspecting customers. The product they sell is nothing short of garbage, and I feel utterly cheated out of my hard-earned money. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ZQUIET products at all costs. They are a fraudulent company peddling useless products, and purchasing from them is a complete waste of money.

It fit well and I have been sleeping well using it for a week and my wife confirmed that I am not snoring anymore while using it. But I woke up every morning with tighted jaw muscles that prevent me to eat breakfast. By the lunch time my jaw is back to normal position. I think I will use it only on the days that my wife complains that I am snoring too much.
