**Q: Do your nasal have peice below the 2 nasal that rest up against the upper lip?**
A: No it does not it is all round. I think I know what kind your taking about, the piece is uncomfortable on those your asked about ----these are comfortable !

**Q: The second picture shows a rectangular piece jutting from the cannula.  What is that?**
A: This piece sits just under the nasal prongs.  It helps secure a better fit.

**Q: Will this work with igo 2 poc?**
A: Not sure what that even is but they work on almost every nipple or oxygen regulator. Sorry I couldn't help more

**Q: How does this tubing connect to the cpap machine**
A: This tubing does connect to a CPAP machine. It will connect to Oxygen Concentrator.
