After countless times of inevitably losing one of our friends and wasting precious time waiting I saw the Bonx Grip and was thought this could be the answer. I ended up getting three Bonx Grips and needless to say we never lost anyone and the experience was superb! The Product is pretty comfortable and fits well under my helmet, it alsohas a few different sizes of ear pieces to ensure you get the best fit. The battery life was great lasted 2 days without needing to charge and charged super fast via my anker juice pack for day 3. The pairing process was super easy and the software/app on my iphone was killer. Overall, I would highly recommend this product for anyone that needs a handsfree, versatile solution to chat with a group. First, the design is great, it doesn't stand out too much and is soft, lightweight and comfortable, although I believe there is a break-in period if the top of your ear is sensitive, because it can get a bit sore after a while. I love the idea of using the app to create secure "rooms" so that several people can talk as a group. There is a slight lag, so if you are close to the person you are talking to it gets a bit confusing. Biggest problem, as bike riders is the wind noise. It is very hard to communicate when you are riding because of the wind. Mostly you just hear rustling... also the volume of the earpiece can not be turned up enough to hear in those situations. When standing still it works great. Using VOX is very difficult when riding because the wind triggers the unit unintentionally. The battery power is good, and using it to listen to music from your phone works very good, just the audio quality is mono and not really meant for music... I think the microphone is just too far away from the riders mouth to pick up voice over the wind. We really like these units and use them the best we can and wish I could really give this a Perfect review, but there is room for improvement as far as bike riding is concerned.
