Very disappointed. I bought this and had to plug it in always, as had read from previous feedback that it loses it's a charge very quickly, so it was always plugged into the main. After a while it seems to be intermittent, it works sometime and other times it does not. If I was you I would not bother with this bell. I ended up buying a different bell at the end.

Cant talk many times with other person, only ringing bell is good. easy to install, but i bought to communicate which didnt fix.

We bought this doorbell because my wife is disabled and it takes her a while to get to the door, so being able to communicate with the caller is important. The battery for the internal doorbell is supposed to last fo four months between charges: I am lucky if it lasts two days. As a result, I have to check the doorbell every morning when I get up to see if it is still working. If it isn’t, I have to put it on charge for several hours before I can pair it with the external doorbell, which means that we don’t have a doorbell during that period. Not good value for money and I would like a refund, if possible.

We have this on a building 10m from the house and it generally works ok but tends to stop working after using the intercom. The first time you'll know it's not working is when someone calls to tell you they got no answer then you need to bring it back in the house to check or need 2 people to test it. We have no confidence in the product anymore and pretty much have to run a test every day. So you can't use the intercom as it kills the device. In addition, there is no audible ring for the visitor. They only see a tiny blue led which is hardly visible. So there is practically no signal to the visitor if the bell is working. We have it completely protected from rain with a visor but it is pretty useless if we can't rely on it working.

It's fairly cheap so I guess we got what we paid for as it will do the basic job but the speaker is poor so the chime is pretty horrible to hear when it's close. We'll definitely replace when we can afford a better one.

Easy to set up, sound quality is good. All fitting hardware included. Cradle.for receiver is nice feature so you can leave it on charge

Do not recommend!!!! Very plasticky. Battery of base don’t hold 2h without being plugged on the outlet! Cable also wobbly and it keeps disconnecting. Poor quality!!!!

A los dos meses justos de.comprarlo ha dejado de cargar... Y me dice que ya acabo el periodo de devolucion. Nada recomendable, aunque de nuevo funcionaba bien.

Ne fonctionne absolument pas en interphone, un peu en sonnette mais le volume du son soit disant réglable est bien trop fort, même au minimum. à fuir

Praticamente inutile:è un'interfono unidirezionale ,pertanto non serve come citofono causa il fatto che per comunicare serve premere il tasto chiamata e rilasciarlo per ascoltare .Durata della batteria del trasmettitore/ricevitore quasi nulla:va tenuta sempre collegato a rete.
