Great Customer Service
Have this pump for a backyard waterfall. Was doing some maintenance on it and dropped a screw into a feeding pond and could not recover it. Emailed Shinmaywa and received a set of replacement screws the next day. No charge and they even covered the delivery fee. Customer service above and beyond!
