Product is great but this listing is incorrect - I ordered thinking I would receive 4 but only received one bottle.

I am so disappointed in this chai. It’s overwhelmingly cinnamony, which drowns out the other spices supposedly in it. You should be able to taste ginger, cloves and pepper. Since I stupidly bought four big bottles, I’m having to add another product to get a nice blend.

This was really good, but I thought a bit too expensive compared to other good alternatives. I also thought it very strange that I had to wait two weeks for a product supposedly produced in Brooklyn to be shipped to me from Japan, which didn't help the cost. I may buy it again, but sporadically and for "special" occasions (whatever that means in the context of chai concentrate).

The listing states 4 x 16oz bottles, so I ordered it twice thinking that I would receive 8 bottles. I only received 2 bottles, so I believe the listing needs to be updated. The taste is great, but the listing makes it seem like you'll receive way more than what you pay for!

The bottles came with the cap broken and falling off. The flavor is ok but didn’t have as much character as we were hoping. It wasn’t any different than concentrated brands you find at supermarket stores. This is not something we would consider buying again.

Definitely great if you love a chia that’s more spicy than sweet

Best Chai ever! But its so expensive on here. I picked some up at a local coffee shop. Most coffee shops will sell you the concentrate. I paid $20 for a 1/2 gallon from a coffee shop.

This is good chai, but I'm not sure if it's worth ordering it online. To me it tastes similar to other chai concentrates I've tried that are easier for me to find in stores.
