What software does this work with? it seems to have a micro usb connection that goes to the mb usb header. however, what software can control it?

there is a hack using the h500m firmware https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/cases/mid-tower/mastercase-h500m/#Downloads 
and the master plus software though I have to say the effects arent very good as there are no multicolor effects and you cannot customize any animated effects 
also since these havr 3 pin plugs you can hook up off brand ARGB fans even if they have their own controller as long as they support pass though.  but honestly the effects that came with my fans were more interesting.  I'm hoping to find other hacks for it.  also I cannot find the stock firmware to go back yet, but im sure someone archived it as coolermaster pulled it down

Does this support the front fans of the TD-500 case?

No. the TD500 has RGB fans. This controller is for ARGB devices.

I have msi b450 tomahawk max in a cooler master mb530p with 6 sikleflow argb fans. can i connect all 6 fans to this controller and then to the mb?

It’s possible with a 1 to 6 splitter to get them working. But to control them Only if your motherboard has an aRGB header then you can use the software. If not you only get the basic options

If my asus motherboard doesnt have 3 pin 5v argb. can i use the serial ush cable to controll the argb from asus aura or asus armory crate??

I have the same problem, and connected via USB, my computer detect the hardware but not aura or armoury, so... no you can’t
