why there is Niacin and Niacinamide of the B3, what is the difference

Niacin has more uses and positive effects but can cause flushing. Niacinamide doesn't have as many positive effects but will not cause flushing.

Why did the manufacturer make these with talc? it says <2%, but if one takes this every day it adds up!

I am not sure. I have not purchased this product since adding PEG to the additional ingredients. Search for a manufacturer that makes niacinamide with as little 'bad' ingredients as possible.
