Awesome product.. Kids would love it. Must have this in your home if you have kids. Although the product looks very flimsy and looks like it could break easily but other than that this really nice to have

I like various types of lights for home decor. That's why ordered it. The product is really worth the money. Helping kids to play with the moon and stars on wall or ceiling projections. This product uses multiple colours of light that makes it more interesting to look at. But, 1 problem... With that short wire, I can't place it in the middle of the room .. if that was possible, the whole thing would look better I guess.

The product is awesome. My child simply lives the projection of stars and moon. Quality of product is also awesome.

Quality not as expected

This is an amazing nightlight, especially for the cost. People have mentioned that it makes a noise when it spins, but I don't hear anything at all. It makes a beautiful projection on walls and ceiling, and has a nice range of color options. You might call the quality of the plastic cheap and find it disappointing that the domes easily come off and aren't "attached" as another reviewer complained of. I find this a great quilts, you can use the stars, the stars and the frosted dome for a starry nightlight that doesn't project, or just the frosted dome for a range of colored nightlights, and it's easy to do so because there's no special grove or threading to match up. Lift off, set on. And it survived my three year old when she got a hold of it. (I did not, however, continue to allow her access to it. Children are inquisitive and I wouldn't allow her unsupervised access to ANY nightlight, for fear of injury or breakage.). My only complaint is the prohibitively short cord that I had to attach to an extension cord in order to keep it out of my child's reach.

This is a great little nightlight! It's very bright, the pictures are not misleading about that. We bought it hoping that our kids might sleep in their own beds through the whole night if theu could see the "stars" in their room instead of dark shadows. Unfortunately, that plan didn't work and now we have it set up in our bedroom because that's where they both end up every night. But it's ok, because me and my husband both like this too. It's really relaxing to watch if you have it spinning. The only issue we've had with it is the connectors that plug in for the outlet instead of using the battery are kind of cheaply made and tend to short out or something if you bump the device. I'm sure you could find other connections and it would be an easy fix. My kids would be very unhappy if we didn't have this now.

Its great for the price, little of a pain that it doesnt have an auto shut off but my boys think its great.

This thing is amazing. We got this for our special needs daughter who just turned 12. She has trouble going to and staying asleep throughout the night. Her doctor recommended a noise machine, and before we even got that I realized that she would not go to sleep without the lights on, even when I had to wake her up one night to give her medicine and shut her light off, half asleep she immediately got up and turned the light back on and went right back to sleep. So with that said, we were gifted a noise machine to help her stay asleep but I figured that wouldn't be enough by itself since obviously she is wanting the light as well. We got this and started using it immediately, she has gone to sleep with the lights off every night since then. And between this and the noise machine she is sleeping more. This light has so many different settings on displaying. First, you can use 1, 2, 3 or all 4 colors (red, green, blue and white), we choose all 4 colors. You can also choose to have it rotate or not, we of course use the rotate but part of that is due to the placement of the lamp. There is also a cap that goes over it to use it as a lamp instead of having it project on the walls. They show up so well on the walls and it really is beautiful to watch. My 2 boys (4 and 8) have decided they need one in their room now too because it is so cool. There are a couple issues I do have with this lamp though, the first is the tops falls off entirely too easy. I can't seem to get it to lock in place so if it's bumped or falls it will fall off (this goes for the lamp cover as well as the black star/moon cover). Also the cord that comes with it is fairly short. We are unable to place the lamp in the middle of my daughters room right now due to the length of the cord with it and the placement of the outlets in her room. We are planning on getting an extension cord that will hopefully reach but a surge protector was not long enough to extend the cord to the length we need. It also took us a bit to figure out how to turn it off without unplugging it, but that is because the buttons on there rotate through so many different things before it will actually turn off. Even with the couple of issues we have with it, I definitely recommend it for anyone's children or even themselves that would like a nice relaxing projection on their wall at night. It covers a very large area, even with it sitting on one side of the room it reaches every wall in my daughters room which is a fairly big room (it has 2 beds, one with a head board, a full size dresser, a medical stander and a computer desk in it with plenty of room to walk around still.)
