I absolutely love both the grate and the pan! The pan is high grade aluminum so it heats evenly, will never rust and it’s super sturdy. The grate is also well made and sturdy. You’ll want to use a brush with sturdy bristles to get in between the small squares. I love that they are small and the perfect size, food won’t slip through!My first use was smoked salmon in my Traeger. I covered the pan and sprayed the grate with Pam. There is also a good inch of space between the grate and the pan, so that allows for nice airflow. Cooked perfectly! Fish slid right off the grate with slight finger pressure. I used the liquid Barkeepers Friend to clean the pan. Came out just like new! To clean the grate, I used soap and hot water and a brush I bought for scrubbing potatoes. Cleaned up nicely!I’ve been to a restaurant supply store to buy high grade aluminum pans and cookie sheets and I’ve paid top dollar, you get what you pay for! This pan is right up there with the same quality of high end aluminum, extremely sturdy and durable. I think you can guess to say I highly recommend this pan and grate!

Love this baking pan with rack! It's the perfect small size, easy to use and clean!

I bought this to use in a small smoker so I could cook things that drip a lot of grease while still allowing for air circulation underneath the meat. Bacon is an example of something that I often use this for. The only thing I don't love is that the wire grate can be a little annoying to clean because meat likes to get stuck to it but at least it's dishwasher safe. The pan is hand wash only but it's not bad to clean and sometimes I'll even line it with foil first.

How many steaks or cookies should you eat? This will limit the top end number you can easily achieve while providing delicious results - no time or temperature corrections needed. Have a set and I’m giving them as gifts.

Legs on the rack are a full inch so there is plenty of circulation below your food when roasting. Pan and rack are both well built.

I had read some bad reviews on this product and purchased it anyways. I used it twice so far and like it. The metal does not warp under the heat. The grill fits snug in the tray, even after putting two parchment paper under. Cleaning the mesh grill is a mess but I was able to clean it well using a thin brush.

I bought two of these sets several months apart (not as a replacement). It’s well made (thick pan, sturdy rack) and the rack is easy to scrub clean. The only odd thing is the rack sits relatively high up so it’s level with the pan edges, so food could roll off if tilted. A huge positive for me as it fits perfectly in my Sage Smart Oven Pro and that strongly outweighs the quirks.
