Awesome Reflex Ball
My husband's rugby coach told him to buy a reflex ball as it would help him with catching. My husband practices with this everyday and he and his coach have already seen an improvement! This reflex ball is a great way to practice without having to chase a real ball and you can practice by yourself. It definitely has helped my husband get used to the feel of the rugby ball and break him from being used to a football. This product is definitely worth it!

Rebound with the best of them.
The Rhino Reflex ball is a great practice tool for the days you train on you own. Other sports have rebounding machines or rebound nets. Not rugby. Find a wall any wall and you'll be amazed how much work you can get in. I was impressed how accurate the ball returns to your hands. My only concern is the wear and tear on the ball over time depending on the surface you use. Guess I'll find out in a few months.
