Help with restless night

I’ve used solid eight for over a year… really does help in my aid to sleep!

I am a physician. It helps me relax before going to sleep. I have had no side effects. Usually I do not tolerate lot of products.

Tasted bad; didn't help me sleep at all.

Did not help in sleep arena at all...

I didn’t have much hope that this would actually help me sleep through the night...so I was SHOCKED when I slept 8 solid hours the very first night! I normally use melatonin - with mixed results. Sometimes I fall asleep but awaken 2 hrs later unable to go back to sleep - or fall back asleep only to awaken several more times. I rarely get a decent nights sleep & am constantly fatigued and tired. But thanks to Solid Eight I’ve had a full week of seriously restful sleep. I. Am. So. GRATEFUL!!

Puts me me right to sleep. No pill has worked this well.
