Is it a pair or one ? Where is lid please ?

Just one single one and it doesn't have a lid, I use mine to carry all my cleaning stuff as I'm a domestic cleaner it's extremely strong and easy to pull along.and holds quite a lot

Where do you buy the lids for these and how much extra are they

I am pretty sure that Amazon have the lids for sale on many of the adverts

Can you buy the plastic pins for the hinges and the brace clips for the top of the box when open??

You would be far better asking the company that makes these items and not a customer. They are quite a sturdy box which I use for shopping and should it ever break I will just replace it.
